We are a busy, family-run free house and restaurant located in the village of East Aberthaw, and we are looking for experienced waiting and bar staff to join our friendly, close-knit team.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume venue, so previous experience in a busy hospitality environment is essential. Applicants must be confident working quickly, staying calm under pressure, and delivering great service during busy periods.
We can be flexible regarding the shifts assigned to a new starter and are happy to discuss availability to find a suitable schedule. However, it is essential that the successful candidate is available to work Saturday evenings, as this is a key requirement of the role

- Staff keep 100% of tips, shared evenly after each shift
- Due to our rural location and limited public transport, applicants must have their own transport and should consider commute length before applying
