Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Bar & Waiting Kitchen Assistant! In this lively role, you'll be the backbone of our service, you must be over 18 yrs due to the sale of alcohol supporting the bar and waiting staff while ensuring the kitchen washing up & food replenishment runs smoothly. Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders with preparing and replenishing bar supplies to ensure seamless service
- Support waiting staff by delivering food and beverages promptly and courteously to Customers
- Help maintain cleanliness, wash up in the kitchen and service areas, adhering to food safety standards
- Ensure all food safety protocols are followed, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
- Support the team during busy periods by restocking supplies efficiently
- Contribute to a positive Customer experience through friendly service and proactive assistance
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is advantageous
- Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and measuring ingredients accurately
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and Customers
- A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service
