We’re looking for a Procurement Support professional to join our growing team, someone organised, proactive, and detail-focused, who’s ready to play a key role in keeping our operations efficient, compliant, and cost-effective.
About the role
You’ll be at the heart of our procurement function, providing essential support across a wide range of activities and categories, including food, medical supplies, IT, staffing, and more.
Key duties

Supporting day-to-day procurement operations, including supplier setup and purchase orders

Maintaining accurate supplier records, contracts, and procurement data

Coordinating quotes, tenders, and supplier communications

Monitoring supplier performance, contract compliance, and spend

Managing contract registers and flagging renewal dates

Resolving supplier and invoice queries in partnership with Finance

Producing reports to track spend, compliance, and savings opportunities

Supporting sustainability and ethical sourcing initiatives
Acting as a key point of contact for procurement queries across the business
