Location: Southwark, London
Hours: Flexible – 2 to 3 days per week (approximately 14–21 hours)

The Osteopathic Centre for Children (OCC) is a registered charity providing specialist osteopathic care for babies, children, young people and pregnant women. We also deliver postgraduate education for qualified osteopaths, helping to train the next generation of specialists.
We're looking for a friendly and organised Office Support Volunteer to join our small, welcoming team. Whether you're looking to build your CV, gain practical office experience, return to work after a career break, or simply give back to your community, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Office Support Volunteer, you'll help keep our office running smoothly by supporting our Education and Administration teams. Your role may include:
- Providing general administrative support to the office team.
- Assisting with course administration and student records.
- Preparing documents, information packs and course materials.
- Filing, scanning and organising electronic records.
- Supporting basic finance administration, including filing invoices and receipts.
- Answering telephone calls and directing enquiries.
- Helping prepare letters and meeting papers.
- Assisting with general office duties as required.
No two days are the same, and full training will be provided.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, reliable and enthusiastic.
- Organised with good attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- A confident communicator with a positive attitude.
- Keen to learn new skills and support a busy office.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous office experience is welcome but not essential.
