Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Swimming Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis starting in September. The role involves delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children aged 3.5 years and above during weekday sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach fun, engaging, and structured swimming lessons to children aged 3.5+
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all swimmers at all times
Help build water confidence and swimming skills
Follow lesson plans and progression frameworks
Communicate effectively with parents/carers and team members
Maintain a positive and professional poolside environment
Essential Requirements:
SEQ Level 2 Swimming Teaching Qualification (or equivalent)
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A patient, enthusiastic, and child-friendly approach
Ability to work part-time hours throughout the week
Desirable (but not essential):
Previous experience teaching children aged 3.5+
Lifeguard qualification
