Capella Industrial are recruiting on behalf of a specialist precision engineering manufacturer producing high quality tooling solutions for customers across multiple industries.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Toolmaker to join their dedicated night shift team.
Shift Pattern
Sunday to Tuesday: 7:00pm - 5:30am & Wednesday: 7:00pm - 3:30am (Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate)
The Role
You'll manufacture, repair and maintain precision tooling whilst ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and quality.
Duties
- Manufacturing precision tooling
- Tool repairs and modifications
- Bench fitting
- Reading engineering drawings
- Inspection and quality checks
- Working to close tolerances
Requirements
- Previous Toolmaker experience
- Bench fitting experience
- Precision engineering background
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
