Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises using foot and vehicle patrols to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards
- using phone systems to observe and review surveillance footage, identifying potential security breaches or safety concerns
- Perform loss prevention measures by inspecting for theft or vandalism and ensuring all security protocols are followed
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, coordinating with emergency services when necessary
- Maintain detailed logs of patrol activities, incidents, and observations to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Assist visitors and staff by verifying identities and controlling access points to prevent unauthorized entry
- Provide first aid assistance in case of minor injuries or medical emergencies until professional help arrives
