Job Title: Part-Time Line Chef / Chef de Partie (Up to 30 Hours)

Job Type: Part-time (25–30 hours/week) Full time upto 43 hours
The Speakeasy in Dalston is hiring an experienced, independent Part-Time Line Chef for an immediate start. High-quality, simple bar food menu. Open 7 days a week (Late afternoon/evening service only).
The Job:
The Shifts: Flexible rota covering weekday evenings (we open at 4 PM) and weekends (we open at 2 PM). No early mornings!
The Work: Solo shifts during quieter weekdays (Prep, Cook, Clean); working with a second chef during busy weekend peaks.
What you need:
1+ years of London kitchen experience (Line Chef / CDP).
Ability to run a small kitchen independently.
Reliable, punctual, and hard-working.
Valid UK Right to Work.
