The Role
We are seeking two part time planteria assistants to help our garden centre's planteria. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of plant care, visual merchandising and customer service while supporting and supervising the rest of planteria team.
14hr minimum per week, Pay based on experience with room to rise.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure plants are well cared for, watered and displayed to a high standard.
- Provide advice and assistance to customers
- Manage stock levels, incoming plant deliveries and seasonal displays
- Maintain a clean, safe and visually appealing environment.
- Work closely with management to drive sales and promotions
About You
- Knowledge of plants and horticulture
- Previous experience in a gardening and plant care
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- Organised, proactive and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Flexible to work weekends and peak seasonal periods
