The Old Bakery Cafe is part of CLC Film Location Catering Ltd (Est. 2005) and provides freshly cooked food for the busy cafe as well preparing desserts for the location business.
We are looking for an experienced chef who will manage the cafe kitchen and replicating our usual top quality breakfasts and lunch menu including home made cakes and desserts.
The Cafe is open from 8am until 2.30 pm Monday to Friday and 8.30 to 2pm on Saturdays. The days of work are from Tuesday to Saturday 7am - 3.30pm.
The Cafe has a large commercial professional kitchen with superb supporting staff.

Cooking and presenting food to the present high standards
Stock Control
Purchasing
Managing the kitchen staff / training
HACCP
