The Role: Banqueting Sous Chef
We are seeking a creative Banqueting Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As part of the Donnington & Co team you will be working under the guidance of the Head Chef, Executive Chef and Event Venue Director you will champion and deliver a range of Weddings and Events at The Post Barn and golf societies, golf days, conferences at Snelsmore House and Donnington & Co.
As Banqueting Sous Chef, the role will involve planning and executing menus for banquets, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring that the food served at events is of the highest quality. Our ideal candidate is an experienced chef who is familiar with all types of meal preparations and knowledgeable about food health and safety regulations.
Ultimately, the role of the Banqueting Sous Chef is to ensure customer satisfaction through the preparation of high-quality, delicious meals to the highest standards expected and continually strive to improve guest satisfaction.
