THE OPPORTUNITY
Open to vertical experience for someone wanting to push out in a full 360 role.
You will have the ability to be client facing as well and gain new business (360).
To have the flexibility to work fully remote (with no threat of this changing as the business is run full remote for all employees).
The business currenlty sits within the business change and IT space and are open to new verticals and experiences to widen the business offerings.
You can develop the client base and expand within there core markets or insurance and legal (business change and transformation), or bring your experiences to the table and expand the business offerings within your own new area.
Progression can be achieved through growth of desk, hiring within your team for consultant and resourcer positions.

Salary up to £35,000 (DOE and achievements).

ABOUT YOU
Experience in recruitment is essential. Within insurance or legal, or a new area using your experiences.
However - attitude is the most important factor.
(all IT/Tech sectors considered).
Looking for someone who can create new opportunities, fill roles, is motivated and hungry to deliver.
Someone who knows the value of being in a good market, is coachable, and commercially aware.
