Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through direct sales efforts, including cold calling and territory management to generate leads and expand our customer base
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical explanations to help clients understand the value of our offerings
- Manage existing accounts by nurturing relationships, upselling products, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Develop and execute strategic plans for territory growth, utilizing CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that boost lead generation and brand awareness in assigned territories
- Negotiate terms with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability and long-term partnerships
- Perform analysis of sales data to identify trends, forecast future opportunities, and optimize territory coverage strategies
Experience
- Demonstrated success in managing accounts and developing new business through direct outreach and territory management
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent customer service abilities to foster lasting client relationships
- Experience in conducting product demos, upselling techniques, and technical sales presentations is highly desirable
- Ability to perform cold calling effectively while maintaining a positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify opportunities for growth, and support strategic decision-making
