We are the North Easts leading window and door repair specialist providing high-quality repair and maintenance services to various local authorities. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Window & Door Service Engineer to join our team.
The Role
You'll be responsible for servicing, repairing, and installing a wide range of uPVC windows and doors. This is a customer-facing role, so we're looking for someone who is reliable, professional, and takes pride in delivering excellent workmanship.
Your Responsibilities
- Repairs to uPVC windows and doors.
- Repairs to composite doors.
- Repair patio doors and French doors.
- Replace locks, handles, hinges, cylinders, gearboxes, and other window and door hardware.
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs.
- Realign doors and windows to ensure smooth operation.
- Replace sealed double-glazed units where required.
- Complete jobs to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Accurately complete job reports and worksheets.
- Work independently and manage your daily workload.
What We're Looking For;
- Previous experience repairing uPVC windows and doors.
- Experience with composite, patio, and French doors.
- Strong knowledge of window and door hardware and locking systems.
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently.

- Monday to Friday 8:00 - 4:30
