The role
As a Deputy Store Manager, you are a commercial and people leader who supports the Store Manager to deliver results and create a strong store culture. You balance performance with empathy, using insight, emotional intelligence and great organisation to keep the store running at its best — especially during the busiest moments.
You’ll be hands-on, customer-led and adaptable, bringing calm focus under pressure and helping your team feel supported, motivated and ready to win the day.

What you’ll do

Analyse commercial and product data to improve sales and productivity

Respond proactively to performance changes, making timely decisions

Translate KPIs into clear priorities and motivating actions for the team

Lead, develop and support your team in a high-energy environment

Ensure all customer touchpoints are welcoming, engaging and efficient

Oversee daily store operations with consistency, pace and care

Maintain strong store standards across product, stock flow and routines

Act as an ambassador for Inditex sustainability initiatives
