Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable, and supporting the overall financial health of the organisation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in accounting software and a keen eye for detail to contribute to our company's success. Working alongside our Accounts Manager, the duties will include :
Duties
- Manage and record all financial transactions using recognised accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage,
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all accounts are accurate and up-to-date
- Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently and accurately
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review
- Maintain organised financial records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Support year-end audits by providing necessary documentation and explanationsSkills
- Proven experience with accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage,
- Strong understanding of accounts payable procedures and general ledger management
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Good communication skills to liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
- Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices in bookkeeping
- Experience with Invoice Finance is preferred

Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
