Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service
- Support team management by training, mentoring, and motivating staff to deliver outstanding hospitality
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and consistency in dishes served
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production, presentation, and timely delivery of orders
- Manage guest interactions, address concerns promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong team management and leadership abilities to inspire staff and foster teamwork
- Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices
- Familiarity with culinary processes including food production and kitchen operations
- Excellent communication skills for effective serving, guest relations, and staff coordination
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and hotel or barista experience is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
