With the exciting launch of our new Front Foot Coaching teams, we are continuing to grow and develop young players in a positive, supportive environment.
The RoleWe are currently looking for two enthusiastic and positive Team Coaches to work with our Under-8s and Under-9s teams. This role involves leading Saturday morning training sessions and managing/coaching teams during Sunday fixtures.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Saturday training sessions (9:00–10:00am)
- Support and coach players during Sunday matches
- Help develop players’ technical ability, confidence, and understanding of the game
- Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for all players
- Represent Front Foot Coaching in a professional manner at all times
Requirements
- Playing experience and a strong understanding of football
- Enthusiastic, positive, and energetic attitude
- Reliable, trustworthy, and highly punctual
- Ability to align with and deliver the company’s values and vision
- Strong communication and ability to work with young players

The position will be on a self employed basis.
Hourly rate £15/25
Uniform will be provided.
DBS and First Aid will be processed by us but taken out of the first months wage. After 3 months of being with the company the DBS money will be reimbursed.
Must be able to drive.

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Sports coaching: 1 year (preferred)
