PROPERTY MANAGER – URMSTON
I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join a busy and successful estate agency.£28,000 – £32,000 basic (DOE)
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with property management or lettings experience who enjoys managing a portfolio and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
You’ll oversee a portfolio of residential properties, handling maintenance coordination, inspections, tenancy renewals, and ensuring a smooth tenancy experience for both landlords and tenants.
- Managing a residential property portfolio
- Coordinating maintenance and contractor works
- Conducting property inspections and compliance checks
- Managing tenancy renewals, check-ins and check-outs
- Resolving tenant queries and issues
- Working closely with lettings and accounts teams
Property management or lettings experience
Strong communication and organisation skills
Knowledge of lettings legislation (ARLA desirable)
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Supportive team environment
Ongoing training and development
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
