U-Stay apartments operate 40+ self service & party apartments across Liverpool City Centre.
We are looking for a part-time Maintenance Tech to join the team.
Job role includes but not limited to:
- Daily snagging of apartments
- General maintenance (changing light bulbs, painting, hot water issues, fixing and maintaining apartment furnishings including sofa beds and doors)
- Call outs (at an extra chargeable rate) for emergencies i.e. electrical issues / leaks etc.
Candidates must have basic training and knowledge of plumbing and electrics as well as general maintenance experience.
As we are a hospitality brand weekend availability is a must.
Usual working days are Monday, Friday & Saturday - subject to business needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.50 per hour
