A smart, professional Security Officer required to work providing proactive Security at sites located in Chesterfield and Matlock. As a result you will need to have your own transport
This position is for 48 to 60 hours per week depending on the candidate.
The candidate will need to be reliable, of smart appearance, be able to use initiative as well as being competent in using CCTV systems and mobile applications.
Daily duties include:
* Proactively patrolling premises, logging such patrols using a QR Scanning Mobile Application which monitors patrols in real-time.
* Ensuring the site remains secure by way of locking a variety of gates and ensuring they remain locked.
* Maintaining excellent levels of reporting and completing incident and accident reports where applicable.
* Liaising with site Management to provide Security based feedback and reports.
* Ensuring fire escapes and fire routes remain clear at all times.
* Undertaking daily reports and site check forms.
* Being of smart and kempt appearance
* Good levels of written and spoken English
* The ability to manage your own Health and Safety whilst working alone and in-line with the companies Lone Working Policy, this includes maintaining hourly safety check calls.
* Being able to work alone but also as part of a wider Security Team.
* Flexibile in assisting with holiday and sickness cover.
