As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive Part-Time Managment Accountant to join our UK team.
Following significant, exciting changes over the last 18 months, we are scaling rapidly and are now looking for a brilliant management accountant to support our small, dedicated team with passion and enthusiasm. Your mission will be to help us deliver excellence in both customer service and full stakeholder information, including in communicating with Senior Management and members of the Board.

Key Responsibilities
- Data & Systems: Maintain and optimise our current Xero system while utilising spreadsheets to ensure flawless reporting.
- Systems Migration: Help support the team in ensuring a seamless transition when we migrate our CMS and then undertake a Xero to Netsuite migration.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and comprehensive reporting packs.
- Customer Service: Act as a helpful, friendly point of contact for internal teams, stakeholders, and external client queries.
- Process Improvement: Spot anomalies, fix errors proactively, and continuously improve our financial workflows to support our growth.
What We Are Looking For
- Qualified Accountant: Either by qualification or experience, someone who is fluent in accounts, bookkeeping and reporting.
- Software Skills: Good, practical working knowledge of Xero is essential, familiarity with Netsuite and/or Hubspot would be a bonus.
- Spreadsheet Capability: Standard Excel skills are vital, and advanced Excel and use of advanced toolkits are a distinct advantage.
- Eye for Detail: Absolute precision and a passion for "getting things right" the first time.
- Can-Do Attitude: A flexible, proactive self-starter who takes initiative in a fast-paced environment.
