We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Executive Assistant to support our sales leadership team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations by providing administrative, scheduling, and communication support. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the sales managers, including calendar management, email management meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Produce Sales Report within Excel to help sales tracking and monitoring.
- Manage and prioritise incoming communications, including emails, calls, and mail.
- Organise and coordinate customer meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-ups.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Maintain accurate customer contact records and ensure the CRM is consistently up to date.
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues to allow Sales Managers to focus on strategic sales activity.
- Support the Customer Care Team when required
Experience and Qualifications
- Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent
- Proven experience in an executive assistant, sales support, or administrative role (typically 2+ years), preferably supporting senior leaders or within a sales/commercial function.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly tone.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work to tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to manage customer data, generate reports, and track sales activity.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable liaising with cross-functional teams, clients, and external stakeholders

Pay: £27,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
