Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
- Prepare and serve drinks at the bar, including mixing cocktails and pouring wines with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and bar areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure an exceptional dining experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills and point-of-sale systems
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with serving techniques, food safety protocols, and basic food preparation is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of culinary practices or kitchen experience is a plus for supporting food prep tasks
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math proficiency for handling payments and calculating bills
