*Previous pharmacy experience is preferred*
Your duties will include:
· Learning how to tailor conversations with every customer to ensure they leave your pharmacy feeling informed and confident about their healthcare needs
· Working towards delivering the technical aspects of the dispensary whilst ensuring the safe supply of medicines e.g. ordering medicines, labelling, dispensing, endorsing and collection of prescriptions.
· Seeking opportunities to engage with GPs and practice teams to drive services and items.
· Working towards delivering efficient dispensary operations and ensuring dispensing losses are minimised.
· General shop maintenance such as cleaning, stock replenishment, till operation.taking in and handing out prescriptions
· dispensing prescriptions
· using computer systems to generate stock lists and labels
· receiving, loading, unloading deliveries
· selling over-the-counter medicines
· answering customers questions face to face or by phone
· referring problems or queries to the pharmacist

Your core skills in patient care will enhance the overall experience for customers, while your premium skills in pharmacy technician experience and medication administration will ensure effective medication management. By leveraging your relevant skills, you will contribute to a collaborative environment focused on improving patient outcomes and maintaining operational efficiency within the pharmacy.
