High Standard Care Limited is a friendly and supportive care provider delivering person-centred support to adults, children, and young people in their own homes and within the community.
We are currently recruiting compassionate, reliable, and committed Care Workers / Support Workers to work across Bromley, Greenwich, Brent and Hammersmith & Fulham.
The role involves supporting adults with care needs as well as children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), and additional support needs.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties may include:
- Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting support.
- Supporting clients with medication prompts, meals, and mobility.
- Providing companionship and encouraging independence.
- Supporting children and young people with ASD/autism at home and in the community.
- Supporting children with social activities, community access, and daily routines.
- Following individual care and behaviour support plans.
- Using a calm, patient, and person-centred approach when supporting individuals who may display behaviours of concern.
- Supporting safe travel and community activities where required.
- Completing accurate care records and reporting any changes or concerns.
- Working closely with families, colleagues, and other professionals.
- Carrying out light domestic duties where these form part of the care plan.

- Willing to travel locally between care visits.
- Flexible regarding working hours, including some evenings and weekends.
Previous care or autism/SEND experience is desirable but not essential, as training and support will be provided.
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
An Enhanced DBS check will be required for roles involving vulnerable adults and children.
