Compensation:
- 40% of fees collected from delivering client fundraising roadshows and services. To illustrate the opportunity:
- Clients pay $750 per investor meeting. A typical roadshow involves 10 meetings, so revenue per client is $7,500. We’d expect the candidate to manage 2 clients per month = $15,000
- Your share (at 40%) = $6,000 per month. 10% of the success fee on capital raised.
- This is an uncapped earning potential. If the client raises $10M, our fee (at 2%) would be $200,000. Your share (at 10%) = $20,000
- Contract Term: 1 year with a renewal option
- Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and onboard asset managers raising capital
- Develop a pipeline of fundraising clients
- Maintain relationships with asset managers
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth.
Roadshow Coordination
- Schedule meetings between asset managers and family offices
- Coordinate global roadshows and investor meetings
- Ensure logistics run smoothly
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary contact for fundraising clients
- Ensure meetings happen successfully
- Support client needs during roadshows
- Post roadshow liaison with client & Family Office
- Facilitating asset managers' continued relationship with appropriate family offices
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development. For example, as a business development associate.
- Managing key account relationships.
- Proven success working with senior executives and decision-makers.
- A background in private wealth or finance is highly desirable but not essential
- Strong self-starter who can excel in a remote work environment on a performance-based pay structure.
- Native or near-native fluency in English.
