We are a disabled couple who both work full time and live in our own home. We are looking for kind, reliable carers with a positive outlook to join our small, family‑feel team in Rayleigh, Essex.
We’re easy to get along with, appreciate a good sense of humour, and share our home with a little toy poodle who’s part of the family.

Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored home care services based on our needs ensuring each off ourspecific needs are met with kindness and professionalism
- Assist us with daily activities such as personal hygiene, mobility,, and meal preparation
- Maintain clear communication with us to understand our preferences and concerns, fostering trust and rapport
- Use your driving skills to safely transport us in our vehicle to appointments, social activities, or errands as required
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, safeguarding protocols, and confidentiality standards at all times
Experience
- Proven experience in home care is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with us and understand instructions.
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record to facilitate safe transportation of us in our vehicle
- Familiarity with care and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
- Full instruction and training provided
- Over night sleepovers available at £80 per night
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures relevant to personal care and transportation roles
