Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation within various settings, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and presentation. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise guest rooms, communal areas, or commercial spaces according to company standards
- Change bed linens, towels, and organise supplies as needed
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, and mopping
- Restock toiletries and amenities in guest rooms or designated areas
- Assist with laundry duties where applicable
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure it is used safely and efficiently
- Respond promptly to guest requests or special instructions with professionalism and courtesy
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Organised with strong attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining hygiene standards
