Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of office areas, including desks, floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and according to established standards
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to maintain hygiene standards
- Dispose of waste properly and manage recycling procedures
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good working order and report any maintenance needs promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues
- Assist with occasional special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment
- Reliable punctuality and a positive attitude towards teamwork
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus
