We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service Representatives.
The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage directly with homeowners in their local communities, providing information about Emerald Solar's unique solar subscription plans and helping customers understand the benefits of renewable energy.
This is a customer-facing role focused on building relationships, educating customers, and creating positive first impressions of the Emerald Solar brand. You will be responsible for answering questions, discussing available options, and arranging appointments for customers who would like to learn more about our services.
No previous solar experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners on a face-to-face basis.
- Provide information about Emerald Solar's solar unique subscription plans.
- Explain the benefits of renewable energy and potential savings.
- Answer customer questions professionally and accurately.
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers.
- Arrange appointments for interested homeowners to speak with our solar specialists.
- Represent the Emerald Solar brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
