Customer Service Advisor:
M.C. Kelly has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our highly motivated team which prides itself on building excellent relationships with our customers.
We are looking for a Driven, Friendly, Assured Person who our customers and colleagues can identify with.
M.C. Kelly is a well-established, Crediton based wholesale butcher, game, and fine food supplier. Family values and traditions are important to us. Responsibilities:
· Customer Service.
· Order Processing and Data input (full training will be provided).
· Dealing with correspondence and queries.
· Communicate well within the team.
What we are looking for:
· Good IT skills.
· Attention to detail.
· Able to work in a busy environment.
· Have an excellent telephone manner.
· Driving Licence and transport due to location.
Hours:
Available hours are Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm
(Bank holidays on Rota)
