About the Role
Oqwych Process and Digital Operations Ltd provides business-process analysis, digital workflow improvement, operational reporting and administrative technology support.
We are looking for an analytical, organised and solutions-focused Process Improvement Analyst to evaluate operational workflows and support practical improvements across business functions.
The successful candidate will document existing processes, analyse performance information, identify inefficiencies and help teams implement more consistent ways of working. You will collaborate with operational managers, technology specialists and administrative teams to improve productivity, service quality and process visibility.
This mid-level position is suitable for candidates with experience in process improvement, business analysis, operational analysis, continuous improvement, project support or digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Process Analysis: Review existing operational and administrative processes to identify delays, duplication, unnecessary steps and control weaknesses.
Workflow Mapping: Create clear process maps showing current activities, responsibilities, systems and decision points.
Improvement Planning: Develop practical recommendations for simplifying workflows and improving efficiency.
Requirements Gathering: Meet with employees, managers and stakeholders to understand operational challenges and improvement needs.
Performance Analysis: Review operational data, service levels, processing times, error rates and workload information.
Root-Cause Analysis: Investigate recurring problems and identify the underlying causes of operational issues.
Process Documentation: Prepare standard operating procedures, work instructions and supporting process documentation.
Digital Workflow Support: Assist with introducing systems, automation tools and digital processes that reduce manual administration.
Implementation Coordination: Help operational teams plan, communicate and introduce approved process changes.
Testing Support: Test revised workflows, system configurations and process controls before full implementation.
Benefits Tracking: Measure whether implemented changes deliver expected improvements in time, cost, accuracy or service quality.
Risk Identification: Highlight operational risks, implementation barriers and dependencies that could affect improvement projects.
Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare progress updates, analytical summaries and recommendations for managers and project teams.
Change Support: Help employees understand updated responsibilities, procedures and digital tools.
Continuous Improvement: Encourage teams to identify further opportunities to improve quality, consistency and productivity.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in process improvement, operational analysis, business analysis or a related role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience documenting workflows and operational procedures.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions.
- Confidence analysing operational information and performance measures.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Professional communication and stakeholder-engagement skills.
- Ability to explain process changes clearly to employees and managers.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation abilities.
- Ability to manage several improvement activities and changing priorities.
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and collaboration tools.
- Organised, dependable and collaborative approach to work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Qualification in Business, Operations Management, Information Systems, Engineering or a related subject.
- Certification or training in Lean, Six Sigma, business analysis or continuous improvement.
- Experience working with digital-transformation or workflow-automation projects.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart or comparable process-mapping software.
- Experience supporting system implementation or user-acceptance testing.
- Understanding of key performance indicators and operational reporting.
- Familiarity with Agile, project-management or structured change methods.
- Experience using Power BI or another reporting and visualisation platform.
Pay: £36,000.00-£44,000.00 per year
