More about your role
As a People Business Partner, you'll work closely with leaders and stakeholders to deliver a proactive and commercially focused people service. You'll provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of people matters, supporting organisational performance, employee engagement and business change initiatives.
You'll use data and insight to identify trends, make recommendations, and influence decision-making across the business. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll partner with managers to drive people plans, support organisational development activities, and ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice HR policies.
Essential criteria
- Proven experience operating as a People Business Partner (or equivalent senior HR role) within a fast-paced, complex organisation.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent professional qualification and demonstrable experience).
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law, HR best practice and organisational development principles.
- Experience analysing and interpreting people data to provide recommendations and inform business decisions.
- Demonstrable experience producing high-quality reports, presentations and people insights for senior stakeholders.
