Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen and interview high-quality candidates to match client requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle
- Build strong relationships with a range of candidates.
- Negotiate offers and close placements successfully.
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Recruitment experience (beneficial)
- Sales acumen
- Proven billing record and ability to hit or exceed targets.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Resilient, ambitious, competitive and self-motivated with a professional attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
- Strong phone manner.

Pay: £28,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
