We have 1 role available - 20 hour per week.
Working days - Mon, Tues, Wed - hours vary between 8:30am-6pm
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding service and connecting with people? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong computer skills? We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly and motivated Call Handler to join our busy Practice team!
At Clarkston Medical, we are made up of two GP Practices where patient care is at the heart of everything we do. Every day, we handle hundreds of calls – so we’re looking for someone who enjoys communicating, is a great team player, and is ready to make a difference.
What You’ll Do
- Speak with patients over the phone and face-to-face
- Use great conversation skills to understand patients' needs and help direct them to the right support using our signposting system
- Support our admin and clinical teams with a range of tasks
- Promote a strong team culture by being helpful, reliable, and positive
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who is compassionate, empathetic, and a confident communicator
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Comfortable using multiple computer systems
- Passionate about helping people and working in a healthcare setting
