Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team, providing essential support and companionship to individuals in care homes or receiving home care services. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support clients with mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Administer medication as instructed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning and laundry
- Monitor and report any changes in a client’s condition to supervisors
- Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate documentation

Pay: £13.68-£14.68 per hour
