Shift Supervisor - Retail
Stevenson Forecourt is a family run business, retailing in fuel since 1978, our sites incorporate a large multi awarding winning convenience store offering, food to go and a petrol forecourt.

We require an experienced retail Shift Supervisor to work predominantly evenings to run the shift, close the site and prepare and place ambient orders whilst delivering a high standard of customer service and maintain the standards throughout the site.
This role is to work 30 hours per week plus overtime when required and will include working a weekend shift.
As part of the role the duties include:
- Placing daily ambient orders and accounting for all stock in your given department.
- Stock replenishment throughout the store, and to ensure the store is kept tidy and presentable at all times
- Working as part of the team to deliver the highest standards or customer service
- Working along side the site manager to build and develop sales throughout the store, particularly in your department.
- Opening the site and preparing the site for a full days trading
To fill this role, ideally we are looking for candidates who:
- Have a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a retail convenience store environment, ideally with a petrol forecourt.
- Have attention to detail, a team mentality and a positive attitude
- Have excellent communication skills
- Is able to delegate and as part of a team
Pay: £12.71-£13.46 per hour
