BLEND is a vibrant, independent coffee shop and bar in the heart of Cleethorpes, serving up fresh flavours, great drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are now looking to recruit a passionate, hard-working and dedicated head cook/chef to join our team. The role would be well suited to someone with prior kitchen experience within a fast paced coffee shop or restaurant and buzzes off providing good quality and wholesome food.
Hours would be typically 32hours per week, spread over 5 days, with a Monday and one other week day off.

What you’ll do:
- Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and safe
- Work closely with our friendly team to keep service smooth
- Bring creativity and consistency to every dish
- Manage and order stock
- Have input into menus and specials
- Create catering options for special events
What we’re looking for:
- Previous kitchen experience is essential
- A positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for good food and fresh ingredients
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
