Key Responsibilities
As a Client and Member Adviser you will:
· Participate in a unique and engaging pet wellness journey.
· Provide a warm welcome.
· Deliver excellent customer service.
· Manage Enquiries and Client/Pet Accounts.
· Address and resolve member complaints.
· Support member and dog journey.
· Process payments and handle sales enquiries.
· Provide support with daily operational tasks around the facility, ensuring everything runs efficiently and effectively.
· Maintain cleanliness and ensure a welcoming, home-like environment.
You will support a multidisciplinary team that includes Wellness Advisers (RVN), Veterinary Physiotherapists specialising in small animals (ACPAT Cat A and/or RAMP), Canine Hydrotherapists, Groomers, Veterinary Behaviourists and Pain Management Clinicians.

Pay: £28,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
