We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic Car Valeter to join our growing team. Working side-by-side with the Business Manager daily, you will travel between local client sites in the Maldon, Witham, Rayleigh, and Wickford areas. This is a fast-paced, highly physical role where you will be expected to valet up to 15 cars a day to an exceptionally high standard. Full training will be provided to the right candidate, meaning no prior valeting experience is required—just the right attitude and a pride in your work.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Valeting: Cleaning both the interior and exterior of client vehicles thoroughly.
- Product Management: Learning and correctly applying a range of professional cleaning chemicals and tools.
- Vehicle Safety: Adhering strictly to safe-working practices to ensure customers' cars are treated with the utmost care.
- Customer Service: Acting as a polite, approachable, and professional face of the company when on site.
- Efficiency: Maintaining a steady work rate to meet our daily target of up to 15 vehicles.
Requirements & Qualities
- Reliability: Early starts are a must; you must be ready to work from 7:00 AM.
- Work Attitude: Enthusiastic, polite, keen to learn, and takes genuine pride in a job well done.
- Physical Fitness: Capable of handling a physically demanding, fast-paced manual job.
- Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is a distinct advantage (nice to have), though you will be travelling out with the manager daily.
