We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to expand our team working in an established plumbing, pipeline and air conditioning merchant that specializes in supplying domestic, commercial and industrial products.
We supply a range of products from domestic and commercial sanitary-ware to products for steam systems and air conditioning systems, with everything in between. Every day is different with a diverse range of customers, projects and products.
The right applicant would need to be confident interacting with customers face to face, on the phone and via E-mail. Applicants must have experience in the plumbing, heating, air-conditioning or industrial pipework trade or as a related merchant.
A successful applicant would require a full driving licence valid for use in the UK, will need to be experienced with computers (including MS Word and Excel) and have excellent communication skills.
The roll will include:
- Fulfilling Customer requests through the onsite trade counter, phone or E-mail
- Processing purchasing activities for stock items as required
- Processing Goods inwards including receiving stock from suppliers and put-away
- Completion of general purchasing and sales paper-work
- Other general duties where required to fulfil the business needs.
- It would be expected that during daily duties there would be heavy lifting involved with loading/unloading vehicles and putting away stock.
We offer 26 days holiday plus Bank holidays.
Salary will be negotiated dependent upon the applicant’s level of experience.
