The role
We are seeking a Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist to manage a private caseload in London on a part-time, initially one day per week with the opportunity to grow additional caseload hours and days. This role offers the opportunity to work autonomously while specialising in pronunciation and autism as you build a larger professional caseload.
Responsibilities
- Manage a private paediatric caseload with a focus on pronunciation and speech sound disorders.
- Assess and provide therapeutic interventions for children on the autism spectrum.
- Work autonomously to develop and implement individualised treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and monitor progress for each child.
- Collaborate with families to provide guidance and support for home-based strategies.
- Organise and manage clinical sessions effectively to build a larger caseload over time.
What you'll need
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Evidence of membership with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT).
- Enhanced DBS clearance for working with children.
- Significant experience working with paediatric caseloads in a clinical setting.
- Specialist knowledge in speech pronunciation and autism spectrum conditions.
- Ability to work independently as a lone practitioner.

Pay: £40.00-£50.00 per hour
