We’re looking for a confident, reliable, and enthusiastic Shift Supervisor to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Helping lead and support the team during busy services
- Running smooth and efficient shifts
- Delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Opening and closing the pub when required
- Cashing up and handling daily banking procedures
- Supporting stock control and general day-to-day operations
- Training and motivating team members
- Assisting with social media content including photos, videos, promotions, and event posts
- Bringing fresh ideas to help increase engagement and grow our online presence
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous hospitality or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Someone creative with an interest in social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Flexible, dependable, and able to work well under pressure
- A hands-on team player who leads by example
