Bettaparts is seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team in delivering excellent service, accuracy, and productivity. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient movement of automotive parts while maintaining high standards of safety and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including goods receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Lead, motivate, and support warehouse operatives to achieve performance and quality targets.
- Ensure accurate stock control and inventory management.
- Allocate tasks effectively and monitor workflow to meet deadlines.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety procedures and company policies.
- Deliver team briefings, training, and performance support.
- Identify and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure all records and system updates are completed accurately.
About You
- Previous experience within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Proven Team Leader or supervisory experience.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- A positive, hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
