We are looking for a Concrete Block Manufacturing Operative to join our Readymix team will carry out a variety of duties within Readymix plant manufacturing interlocking concrete blocks offering solid, hard wearing building structures in order to meet the needs of the business.

What you'll be doing
- Undertake the production of Readymix interlocking concrete blocks and cover the static plant operations on a relief basis
- Ensure that high standards of housekeeping are maintained in all Readymix interlocking concrete production area
- Ensure all suppliers, customers, visitors and staff comply with the Company Health and Safety and Environmental policies and procedures (including Planning Permission and Environmental Permits)
What we're looking for
Essential:
- Ability of operate mobile plant and static concrete plant as required.
- Have a suitable fitness level to conduct work appropriately.
- The ability to plan, prioritise and organise own workload.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight schedules.
Desirable:
- Concrete block and mobile plant experience
