Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Nandine family. As the Assistant Manager you will play a crucial role in supporting the day to day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and a memorable dining experience for all our customers
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all restaurant activities
- Supervise and train restaurant staff to maintain high-quality service standards.
- Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure optimal supply.
- Handle customer inquiries and address concerns in a professional manner.
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing and promotional activities.
- Take the lead in closing catering orders with potential clients and seeing it through to being fulfilled.
- Assist with curating menu's for the restaurant (food and drink)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry with at least 2 years in a supervisory/ management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of Kurdish food is a plus not a requirement.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software is an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience in using TOAST POS and Sevenrooms app is a bonus.
