Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to deliver goods during weekend shifts
- Plan efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations
- Assist with loading and unloading, including heavy lifting when necessary, to ensure secure transport
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance tasks to keep vehicles in optimal condition
- Provide excellent customer service by being professional, courteous, and responsive during all interactions
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or commercial driver with a focus on safe driving practices
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks involved in loading or unloading cargo
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
- Basic vehicle maintenance skills to identify issues early and ensure vehicle safety
- Reliable attendance during weekend shifts with a flexible attitude toward working weekends
