Work in primary care and community services across multiple sites in East IHC
Participate in structured training through the HEIW post-graduate foundation pharmacist programme, leading to RCPharm Foundation credentialing.
Rotate across multiple departments, gaining experience in specialist and generalist clinical areas.
Work within integrated clinical pharmacy teams to influence treatment decisions and improve patient outcomes.
Engage in collaborative working and maintain a strong focus on patient care.
Embrace opportunities for learning and professional growth in a dynamic healthcare environment.
