We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse for bank work to join our friendly practice team working at Park and St Francis Surgeries covering sickness and annual leave. The successful candidate would ideally have experience in general treatment room duties, QOF, cervical cytology, childhood immunisations, travel and Flu vaccinations; also in chronic disease management, especially the management of Asthma, Doppler assessments would be helpful but not essential.
Park & St Francis Surgery covers two sites situated in Chandlers Ford, Have a GMS list size of 17000 patients, are an established training practice, achieve high QoF year on year, active within medical research achieving sessional level. We are rated 'GOOD' (May 2019) with 2 areas of excellence by CQC. We use EMIS Web clinical system.
